Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hostel is at a very front, and being on top of a disco club can be noisy. The rooms had thin pillows and were not soundproof, but the location is superb for shopping, eateries, and nightlife. The service was a mixed bag with unhelpful staff but also some super friendly encounters. The dining options were pricey and limited in selection. Facilities were not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Liverpool, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were decent, offering a good view of Beatles street but lacking soundproofing. The service was friendly and helpful, despite a small hiccup with the room number. Dining options were varied, but the service was a bit slow. However, they offered good value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over the weekend. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view of Beatles street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the lively location might not be ideal for those seeking a quiet night's sleep.
The hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of Mathew Street, making it ideal if you want to be in the heart of everything. The rooms, while decently sized and fairly clean, had a ridiculous design flaw with a glass shelf over the sink causing inconvenience, and the shower pressure was not impressive. The service was a mixed bag with some staff members being very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to relocating to a quieter room upon complaint, while others lacked consistency. The dining options, although not complete, offered good value for stuffing yourself conveniently.
The hotel is located in the heart of the lively Pub zone in Liverpool, surrounded by pubs and clubs, making it a treat for those looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant nightlife. The rooms, although initially mixed up as a double, were promptly fixed by the very helpful staff who also kept me informed regarding any unknown calls. However, the late-night disturbance of water leaking below the room, attended to promptly, showed there was a lot happening. The location is close to Liverpool ONE Bus Station and Liverpool Lime Street Train Station, providing easy access to everything Liverpool has to offer but may be affected by loud noise from nearby lively pubs at night.
